Based on the same excellent design as the 135F2L, this lens also features 2 UD elements, controlling light dispersion very well, giving very sharp and contrasty images wide open. The thin depth of field and good design of the lens also allows for a good 3D feel in images taken. Best of all, it is black in colour, not attention attracting, and rather short in physical length, slightly longer than the 135F2L and much shorter/smaller than the 70-200F4L even. Note that this is the newer mark2 design, not the very old mark1 with built in hood some are trying to sell. This is way better of course. Esp on a fullframe body, this lens is very good for those creamy bokeh, thin depth of field portrait shots. Selling to make space for newer lens.
